Renata is a multi-instrumentalist based in LA. She has written and released 2 albums (Old Ghost 2018 and Picnic in the Dark 2021) under the Northern Spy Label, and is currently working on a 3rd. She enjoys collaborating on recordings and often works out of her home studio writing string (violin/viola) and piano arrangements. Past projects include Rubblebucket, LP, Delicate Steve, Steady Holiday, Chris Hess, White Denim, Luke Temple, Rio Kosta, PWNT, Kosta Galanopoulos, Bandwave, Karli Durden, Jayce Powers, Landlady, Cassandra Jenkins and more.

She also enjoys creating paper cut-out stop-motion animations. Past projects include PWNT, Ian Davis Rock Band, Adam James, Laura Wolf, Josh Crumbly, Coco, Moon Mullins and Michael Coleman.
